Can I cash in my points and get a product or service for free?


No, Privilege Points can only be redeemed against a product and or service at a discounted price as shown in the schedule attached in the Members Area under Rates.

Can I use my Points on a product and or service not shown in the list?


Only at the discretion of the Customer Services Manager.

Can I use more / less points against a product and or service than the 4 prescribed points bands in the list?

How are the Privilege Points calculated?


1 Privilege Point = £1 spent on Consumables & Wear Parts.

On what products / services do I accrue points?


Privilege Points are only accrued on Consumable products and Wear Parts only.

How do I know how many Privilege Points I’ve earned?


Privilege Points can be seen on your monthly invoice issued, available to you online in your Private Members area using your unique and secure Login and Password or call Customer Services for your latest balance.

How do I access the Privilege Club online?


Please visit www.ac-privilegeclub.com. Select your country from the drop down menu, insert your account number in the login (1st half of the block) and type in your password (2nd half of the block), then click the arrow.

What do I do if I have lost my login and or password?

Who is issued with the login and password?


The person (s) who is (are) responsible for purchasing the consumables and or wear parts on behalf of the company.

What if the contact for the company changes?


Under the tab Contact in your secure Personal Area you can amend the contact (s) for your account which will “trigger” an email to Customer Services to make the necessary change on our Database.

Will additional products and or services be added to the current program?


We will continue to evaluate the range of products and services in the Privilege Club, but would welcome and evaluate your input on a product (s) and or service (s) you may wish to see included in the Privilege Club Program.

Is there a charge for joining the Privilege Club?


No.

Do my Privilege Points Expire?


Points accrued in the current year will be valid till the 31st of December of the following year, thereafter they will expire and be taken off your current balance at the time.

What product / service information will be available on the Privilege Club website?


You will have access to all available brochures for consumable products, preventative maintenance, service packages and  training. In addition you will also see latest offers, new product launches and product support information.
